Our Candles ship within 1-2 business days.
Ordinarily, items ship within 2-4 business days unless otherwise specified.
Our items are made with tons of care and love. Each item is hand- printed & made to order so we require 2-4 days to process your order. Holiday collections can take 5-7 days to ship.
DELIVERY:
All our items ship from the U.S. For Domestic orders, Packages generally take 2-5 business days to arrive after shipping.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: typically can take 15-30 days for delivery. Please remember that on rare occasions, due to customs delays, delivery can be extended to 45-60 days.
Choosing expedited shipping does not change processing time.
USPS/UPS does NOT guarantee delivery times. Therefore Untamedego CAN NOT guarantee delivery times.
TRACKING: You will receive tracking info once your item is shipped.
NON-US CUSTOMERS: Please note the buyer (that's you) is responsible for paying any taxes upon arrival in their home country. Any packages that are sent back because the buyer refused to pay taxes will not be refunded.
