Refund policy

At UntamedEgo, many of our products are made to order, which helps us keep our small-business production efficient and intentional. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges on apparel, holiday-themed items, candles, greeting cards, or Christmas sweaters. These items are final sale once purchased.

We do accept returns on eligible non–made-to-order items, such as stickers, aprons, pillows, and jewelry, as long as they are unused, in original condition, and requested within our return window.
