Processing Times
All UntamedEgo orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page.
During holidays, major sales, viral product launches, or high-volume periods, processing times may extend beyond the standard estimate. Orders are processed in the order they are received.
Please note:
• Business days do not include weekends or holidays
• Processing time is separate from shipping transit time
• Shipping carrier estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates
Many of our items are made to order or produced in small batches to reduce waste and maintain quality standards.
Shipping Carriers
Orders are shipped through USPS, UPS, DHL, or other available carriers depending on the destination and package type.
Once a package has been accepted and scanned by the shipping carrier, the shipment is considered in transit and under the responsibility of the carrier.
UntamedEgo is not responsible for delays caused by:
• USPS or carrier transit delays
• Weather conditions
• Customs processing
• Carrier service interruptions
• Incorrect addresses entered at checkout
• Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
• Delays caused by holidays or peak shipping seasons
Carrier scans may occasionally take several business days to update, especially during high-volume periods. A lack of movement immediately after shipment does not necessarily indicate the package is lost.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
UntamedEgo is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrectly entered addresses provided by the customer.
If an order is returned due to an insufficient or incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping fees.
We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has entered production or shipment processing.
Delivered Packages
If tracking shows a package as “Delivered,” the order is considered fulfilled.
UntamedEgo is not liable for stolen or missing packages after confirmed delivery by the shipping carrier.
Customers should contact their local post office, apartment office, household members, or neighbors before filing a claim.
In some cases, carriers may prematurely mark packages as delivered. Please allow up to 3 business days for final delivery before contacting us.
International Orders
International shipping transit times vary significantly by country and may take anywhere from 2 to 8 weeks depending on customs clearance and local postal systems.
By placing an international order, the customer acknowledges and agrees that:
• Import duties, VAT taxes, customs fees, and tariffs are the responsibility of the customer
• Shipping timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed
• Customs delays are outside of UntamedEgo’s control
• Tracking visibility may become limited once the package leaves the United States
• Some countries may experience extended transit delays
UntamedEgo is not responsible for:
• Customs delays
• Import taxes or fees
• Packages refused by customs
• Delays caused by international carriers
• Packages abandoned due to unpaid customs charges
International orders are considered fulfilled once handed to the shipping carrier.
Lost Packages
If a domestic package has not updated for an extended period of time, please contact us and we will assist in opening a carrier investigation when applicable.
Replacement requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
UntamedEgo reserves the right to deny replacement or refund requests when tracking indicates successful delivery, repeated claims history, fraudulent activity, or circumstances outside our control.
Chargebacks & Fraud Protection
By placing an order with UntamedEgo, the customer agrees to the terms outlined in this shipping policy.
Customers agree not to initiate fraudulent chargebacks for:
• Carrier delays
• Transit issues outside of our control
• Packages marked as delivered
• Customs delays or import fees
• Processing times clearly disclosed before purchase
Chargebacks filed for reasons that violate this policy may be disputed with supporting evidence including:
• Tracking confirmation
• Carrier acceptance scans
• Delivery confirmation
• Checkout acceptance records
• IP address verification
• Fraud detection records
• Order confirmation timestamps
Fraudulent chargebacks may result in refusal of future service.
