Standard retail sizing. All measurements are in inches, taken with the shirt laid flat. Chest width is measured straight across from one underarm seam to the other. Body length is measured from the top center down the back, which sits slightly longer than the front.

Easiest way to get it right: lay a shirt you already love flat and measure across the chest from armpit to armpit, then match that number to the chest width above. Pre-laundered to reduce shrinkage.
