Ordinarily, items ship within 2-4 business days unless otherwise specified. ( Holiday timeframe is 3-5 days) with possible delays.
Our items are made with tons of care and love. Each item is hand- printed & made to order so we require 2-4 days to process your order. Holiday collections can take 5-7 days to ship. Please keep in mind that during holiday season our processing times can be delayed by 1-3 days. Once we started processing your order we cannot cancel or refund.

All our items ship from the U.S. For Domestic orders, Packages generally take 2-5 business days to arrive after shipping.
Holiday notice- Delivery can take longer during holiday season as carriers are experiencing a high volume of orders, please keep in mind that possible delays can occur. Refunds or returns won’t be processed for orders subject to unforeseen delays.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: typically can take 15-30 days for delivery. Please remember that on rare occasions, due to customs delays, delivery can be extended to 45-60 days. If you are not okay with this, we ask that you please not order.
Choosing expedited shipping does not change processing time.
USPS/UPS does NOT guarantee delivery times. Therefore Untamedego CAN NOT guarantee delivery times.

NON-US CUSTOMERS: Please note the buyer (that's you) is responsible for paying any taxes upon arrival in their home country. Any packages that are sent back because the buyer refused to pay taxes will not be refunded.
