Our candles & gift boxes ship within 2-5 business days.
Ordinarily, items ship within 2-4 business days unless otherwise specified. ( Holiday timeframe is 3-5 days) with possible delays.
Our items are made with tons of care and love. Each item is hand- printed & made to order so we require 2-4 days to process your order. Holiday collections can take 5-7 days to ship. Please keep in mind that during holiday season our processing times can be delayed by 1-3 days. Once we started processing your order we cannot cancel or refund.

DELIVERY:
All our items ship from the U.S. For Domestic orders, Packages generally take 2-5 business days to arrive after shipping.
Holiday notice- Delivery can take longer during holiday season as carriers are experiencing a high volume of orders, please keep in mind that possible delays can occur. Refunds or returns won’t be processed for orders subject to unforeseen delays.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: typically can take 15-30 days for delivery. Please remember that on rare occasions, due to customs delays, delivery can be extended to 45-60 days. If you are not okay with this, we ask that you please not order.
Choosing expedited shipping does not change processing time.
USPS/UPS does NOT guarantee delivery times. Therefore Untamedego CAN NOT guarantee delivery times.
TRACKING: You will receive tracking info once your item is shipped.
NON-US CUSTOMERS: Please note the buyer (that's you) is responsible for paying any taxes upon arrival in their home country. Any packages that are sent back because the buyer refused to pay taxes will not be refunded.

- Organic Cotton Sherpa
- 100% recycled cotton stuffing made from textile waste from the fashion industry
- 100% Organic Cotton Thread
- EVA PLastic Squeaker (Want your toy to be 100% plastic-free? Send us an email along with your order info and we'll be happy to leave the squeaker out!)
Care Instructions:
- Wash in cold water. Tumble dry
Has your dog loved their toy to pieces? This toy is 90% cotton and 10% EVA plastic squeaker. If your dog hasn’t already done so, separate out the squeaker from the fabric outside and cotton fill. All fabric and filling can be recycled anywhere accepting textile recycling. Reach out to your local recycling organization to see if they have any textile programs in place or suggestions on where to recycle textile scraps. While you’ve got them on the phone, ask if they accept EVA plastic to dispose of your squeaker as well!
Because all items are made to order, orders may take up to one week from the order date before shipping.
