      Holiday order deadlines: 

      Due to Supply issues and constant adjustments by delivery services, we cannot provide firm deadlines this year. Please refer to our processing timeframes for estimates on items. We will work as hard as we can to ship out orders within their processing timeframes, but cannot make any guarantees. This year has brought real uncertainties and challenges that will affect the entire retail industry.

      !  Our holiday items are extremely popular so please keep in mind that processing times can be delayed by a 1-3 business days. our standard processing times are 5-7 business days for apparel.  Please email us before ordering if you need it by a specific date. Also once a holiday order is submitted we are unable to cancel or modify. To ensure that orders ship out in time our orders are immediately sent over for printing. 

      Each item is hand made and made to order so processing time is different on each order. Please refer to the information below. Please keep in mind that (PROCESSING TIME IS SEPARATE FROM SHIPPING). Most orders are processed & shipped out within 3 business days. Orders including made to order items, such mugs , typically require 3-5 additional business days. Items that require special packaging such as (MUGS & CARDS) will ship separately. If you ordered several items but your order is marked incorrectly as delivered, this just means they shipped separately. 

      If you require an item to be delivered to a specific time frame, please message us before ordering to confirm that an item can be expedited for you or to confirm that an item will arrive by your desired time. We do not take responsibility for a product not arriving at your desired time when fulfillment time framed and shipping time frames have been provided here. Returns Will not be accepted for any items not received by a specific date. We are a small business and are working day and night to make sure all  orders are received and shipped in a timely manner.

      WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE? (U.S ORDERS)

      Typically orders arrive within 2-7 business days after being shipped. Please aware that Processing time frames shipping method availability and delivery speeds are affected by COVID-19. We are currently experiencing possible delivery delays. . Postal Service Priority Mail® products and First-Class® packages may temporarily require more time to be delivered due to limited transportation availability as a result of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. Please track your order and contact nearest post office for status before messaging me. Items marked as delivered, at times will arrive 3-5 business days later due to delivery delays.

       

       CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

      Orders for face masks, mugs & Holiday items such as Christmas sweaters, Tees and cards cannot be cancelled once the order is placed as they immediately go into our printing department for processing. Once the order is accepted in printing, we cannot cancel. 

      Orders for additional item can only be canceled one (1) hour from the time of purchase by sending us an email at customercare@untamedego.com

       

      Since all our items are made to order, once your item has gone to our prining department, we cannot cancel.The only changes that can be made is address and shipping changes. We cannot change the address of an order once the order has been sent to our fufillment center for shipping

       

      BROKEN/ DAMAGED ITEMS/ INCORRECT ITEM

      Broken Mug Orders: Although great precautions are taken during the packaging of each order, breakage does sometimes occur during the shipping process. This is why we include shipping insurance in our shipping charge. (Replacement orders will be processed within our normal time frame of 5-7 business days plus ground shipping time.) We will require adequate proof of any damage or breakage reported, so please include images of the damaged item when you email us. Refunds will not be provided only replacements. Replacements for damaged items can only be provided if we are notified within 10 business days after the item is noted as delivered

      Damaged item or issues with print: Our items should be inspected before being shipped but at times printing errors can occur. If the received product is printed incorrectly, damaged, or in bad quality, please contact us within 3 days and provide photos.

       

      Incorrect item received: If you received the wrong item, please notify us ASAP so we can make it right. Please make sure to send us a photo of the item you received

       

       RETURN TO SENDER/ INVALID ADDRESS

      **If you provided a wrong address at the time of order you may contact us ASAP**. We can only make address changes within one hour of when the order is place. In the event that the package is already in transit, we will not be able to change the delivery address or refund/cancel order. Customers are responsible for entering correct shipping information and we are not responsible for incorrect addresses entered. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments or enter the wrong address you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. Refusal to pay for re-shipping fees, will result in a 50% restocking fee. Returns on holiday items will not be processed

       

      ITEMS LOST IN TRANSIT

      Please note that orders are strictly non-refundable if your parcel failed to deliver due to "no recipient at time of delivery" or "wrong address" entered on the order, or if the tracking information indicates that the package has been delivered successfully. If the order is noted delivered, contact your nearest post office. I do not have more information on the status of the package, I can only see what is provide on the USPS website “Please Track your item before messaging me” . Please keep in mind We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Order lost in transit will be provided a replacement order, we do not offer refunds only replacement orders for lost packages.

      For International orders:

      Due to COVID-19 international orders are experiencing possible delivery delays. Orders can take 60-90 days for delivery. Typically delivery is 7-15 business if no delays occur.

      Please keep in mind that we charge a flat rate for shipping, but if an order exceeds a weight limit, an additional shipping fee will be invoice to you. 

      2. Your package will be declared a lower price than the order due to the following: Different countries will have different import regulations. If the amount declared on the package is over a certain amount,  you may have to go to your local Customs office personally and be subject to import tax. The cost of import tax depends on the value declared on the package. Thus, to protect you from these additional fees and to save you a trip to the Customs office, we will declare the package contents at a lower value. If any tax is due, it is the customers responsibility to pay. 

      Note: 
      Orders from your country may be subject to customs and duties fees upon arrival. All applicable customs fees, taxes, and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. In addition, some orders may experience customs delays.

      A shipping fee will be charged if you do not claim your item and it is returned due to invalid address. The charge will be 20% of the total charge per item. Final sale items are subject to a a partial discount of 50% in addition to any return fees, these will be deducted from you refund if you refuse a reshipment.

      3. Please contact us if you did not receive your order within 30 days from your order confirmation email.       IT LOOKS LIKE MY CREDIT CARD WAS CHARGED TWICE. WHY?

      What you may be seeing is an authorization. This is a common bank practice handling credit card transactions to ensure sufficient funds and account authenticity. This authorization will clear and you will see one charge for the order you have placed. Please note that your bank may take up to 48 hours to clear the authorization. If you need help speeding up the process you can contact the issuing bank of your credit card.

      Please only click the ‘Place Order’ button once during checkout to avoid duplicate orders being placed.
