I am working my hardest to have all orders sent out in time but shipping timeframes can vary due to the pandemic. Only cards can be shipped priority, if you purchased additional items when paying priority please keep in mind the additional items will ship separately. Please keep in mind that I cannot provide any delivery date guarantees as the post office is not providing any either. Refunds and returns will not be accepted for orders not arriving by a specific date if you did not contact me prior to submitting the order. Please expect possible delivery delays. International orders are currently delayed and delivery can be delayed for up to 60 days. Also if you’d like an item customized, please do not submit the customization request via a note on order. COVID-19 Notice for apparel: (this does not apply to our other items) Our items are hand printed and made to order so processing is currently at 20-25 business days. Typically orders are sent out within 2 days but due to a high volume of orders and limited staff it’s taking our full processing time. If you require an item to be delivered to a specific time frame, please message us before ordering to confirm that an item can be expedited for you or to confirm that an item will arrive by your desired time. We do not take responsibility for a product not arriving at your desired time when fulfillment time framed and shipping time frames have been provided here. Returns Will not be accepted for any items not received by a specific date. We are a small business and are working day and night to make sure all holiday orders and received and shipped in a timely manner.

Items are shipped out via USPS first class, UPS, Or DHL Express Shipping and are typically arrive within 2-5 business days for U.S orders. ( Please keep in mind that shipping delays of up to a week can occur current due to the pandemic). For Canadian orders, We ship priority Economy and orders are typically received within 8-10 business days after processing. Please keep in mind that orders to Canada can take up to 21-30 days business days due to customs inspection. Order not shipped to the U.S or Canada have an EST delivery of 30 days.( Please refer to our covid-19 notice) deliveries can take up to 60 days.
Items noted that they ship from our international fulfillment centers have an EST 12-20 days of arrival after processing for U.S orders. Canadian order can take a maximum of 30 days. Orders to other countries can take a maximum of 45 days. Please keep in mind that due to customs clearing shipping can be delayed.

1. Actual shipping time may be affected by external factors such as extreme weather conditions, customs clearance (for international shipping), public holidays and other unforeseen circumstances from the postal service itself. However, such occurrence is extremely rare.
For International orders:
Please keep in mind that we charge a flat rate for shipping, but if an order exceeds a weight limit, an additional shipping fee will be invoice to you.
2. Your package will be declared a lower price than the order due to the following: Different countries will have different import regulations. If the amount declared on the package is over a certain amount, you may have to go to your local Customs office personally and be subject to import tax. The cost of import tax depends on the value declared on the package. Thus, to protect you from these additional fees and to save you a trip to the Customs office, we will declare the package contents at a lower value. If any tax is due, it is the customers responsibility to pay.
Orders from your country may be subject to customs and duties fees upon arrival. All applicable customs fees, taxes, and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. In addition, some orders may experience customs delays.
A shipping fee will be charged if you do not claim your item and it is returned due to invalid address. The charge will be 20% of the total charge per item. Final sale items are subject to a a partial discount of 50% in addition to any return fees, these will be deducted from you refund if you refuse a reshipment.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments or enter the wrong address you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
3. Please contact us if you did not receive your order within 30 days from your order confirmation email. After 30 days, your order will be marked as closed and we will not be able to process any refunds.. Please note that orders are strictly non-refundable if your parcel failed to deliver due to "no recipient at time of delivery" or "wrong address" entered on the order, or if the tracking information indicates that the package has been delivered successfully. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Order lost in transit will be provided a replacement order, we do not offer refunds only replacement orders for lost packages.
**If you provided a wrong address at the time of order you may contact us ASAP. we can only make address changed within one hour of when the order is place. In the event that the package is already in transit, we will not be able to change the delivery address or refund the order. Customers are responsible for entering a correct shipping information and we are not responsible for incorrect address entered by the customer. A shipping fee will be charged if you do not claim your item and it is returned. The charge will be 20% of the total charge per item as well as any return fees charged. Final sale items will be charged 50% of the total charge in addition to any return fees if the reshipping fee isn’t paid.
4. All orders shipped include a tracking number with delivery confirmation. If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address but you have not received your order, please contact the respective courier within your area to investigate the issue. We will not be held accountable for parcels when tracking information indicates that the package has been delivered successfully. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Orders can only be canceled one (1) hour from the time of purchase by sending us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Since all our items are made to order, once your item has gone to our prining department, we cannot cancel. The only changes that can be made is address and shipping changes. We cannot change the address of an order once the order has been sent to our fufillment center for shipping.

IT LOOKS LIKE MY CREDIT CARD WAS CHARGED TWICE. WHY?
What you may be seeing is an authorization. This is a common bank practice handling credit card transactions to ensure sufficient funds and account authenticity. This authorization will clear and you will see one charge for the order you have placed. Please note that your bank may take up to 48 hours to clear the authorization. If you need help speeding up the process you can contact the issuing bank of your credit card.

I ORDERED A WHITE SHIRT AND THE ITEM HAS A LIGHT YELLOW STAIN, IS THIS NORMAL?
Yes. At Times white items can be received with a light yellow stain. No need to worry this is not a permanent stain. Please, note that in the apparel industry it's a common practice to use solutions to ensure the print quality, especially where each garment is individually processed. If your item is received with a light yellow stain.The stains are most likely form our pre-treatment solution and will wash out. It might seem unusual to wash clothing after they are newly bought and even though the solution isn't harmful, its advised to wash these solutions away to avoid any potential discomfort. Returns or exchanges will not be processed for this type of stain as its removable with one wash.
Please be advised that packages can be subject to customs, and custom delays can delay arrival time. Which is why the timeframe provided is a estimated delivery timeframe.
WHY CAN'T I TRACK MY ORDER?
-You can't track your order until you receive an email notifying you that your order has been shipped (your order number is NOT your tracking number)
-If you've received your tracking number and still can't track your package, please wait 7-10 days. It won't have any tracking info until it's in your Country. You can track it on your order on Track7.net.
-U.S orders can be tracked via the courier website.
Once the package arrives in the U.S you can track it in USPS.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your online purchase. Please contact us within 5 days of receipt of the item being received. For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages,
